Our Policies
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Minimum appointment time is one hour. Deposits are non-refundable. There is a one-time allowance to reschedule your appointment, otherwise another deposit is required.

Late Policy
If you are running late, please communicate via text message. There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please note the 10minutes will be deducted from the duration of your appointment and your session will be reduced to 50 minutes.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and are responsible for the remaining balance for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time and the deposits can be transferred to a future appointment.
